Mail - Every bill sent to a customer includes a preaddressed envelope (you must pay the postage). If you have misplaced the envelope the mailing address for payment is:

Walk-In- Sierra Pacific Power has several locations where you can pay your bill. You can find a list of them on our contact page.

Online Pay
You can now view and pay your power bill online. It's easy,
convenient and absolutely free! No checks to send or stamps
required! Every month, your power bill is available online. Once
you enroll, simply log on to either the Sierra Pacific Power web
site or Checkfree web site and view your bill (you stop receiving paper bills) with a click of a
button. Your bank account is automatically charged the amount you
specify.
Shop & Pay
You can pay your Sierra Pacific Power bill at over 40 Shop & Pay stations
located in grocery stores, banks throughout northern Nevada. Look here to
find the Shop & Pay location most convenient for you.
Select Your Due Date
You can select which day of the month (excluding holidays) you want your electric
bill to be due.
Equal Payment
Take charge of your finances
with Equal Payment. With
this payment option (residential customers only), we'll
take your average power
usage and divide it into
equal monthly payments. So
you'll know in advance what
your bill will be each month.
Electric Check
You never have to worry about paying your bill on time with this
convenient service. With Electric Check, money is automatically
deducted from your checking or savings account on the day the bill
is due. This service is available to all customers with
satisfactory credit history. (New customers can provide a letter of
good credit from their previous utility.)
ATM Card, Credit Card or Check-by-Phone
To pay by credit card, ATM card or check-by-phone, simply call
BillMatrix pay-by-phone service at 1-800-809-1013. All you need is
a touch-tone phone, your Sierra Pacific Power account number, and
your credit card or ATM card (look for the Star symbol on the
back). BillMatrix will even accept a check over the phone. If you
would like to choose this option, just have your checkbook
handy. BillMatrix will charge a processing fee.
